“In order to serve your heart’s freedom, don’t be afraid to push your emotional boundaries. Just remember: there’s a difference between making your mark and leaving a scar,” remarked Maitreya, utilizing a quote that the woman had created.
“Duly noted,” the cynic said.
“Gotcha,” the fool concurred.
“Umm …”
“What is it?” the young girl asked the shadow girl.
“Not everyone intentionally leaves a scar,” she answered.
“Some people don’t know they’re projecting old wounds onto others,” Maitreya agreed.
“I’ll try to be more careful in the future,” said the woman.
“What would benefit you most is to take a step back and be more mindful of your actions and reactions before responding to the words and behaviours of others.”
“Duly noted,” reiterated the cynic. The fool was about to repeat his comment when he noticed an ocean liner coming into view.
“I have no desire to go on a cruise,” the woman declared. “But a beach holiday would be fun.”
The woman was then shown a brief snippet of a diva carrying a tote bag containing assorted items. “Sun, sun, and more sun!” the diva exclaimed before setting it onto a beach chair. “Just what a girl needs.”
“I don’t need to dress up for the beach.”
“No, but you might want to start keeping an eye out for seat sales and a few items to wear in a tropical environment,” El Morya said, joining them.
“So much for the story yesterday,” whined the cynic.
“Oh, there’s lots of merit to sharing it,” El Morya replied. “I’d like to make a small recommendation, though. Upload this separately first and simply mention that yesterday’s message will immediately follow.”
“I have no desire to move backward,” remarked the young girl.
“You used to be able to skate backward beautifully,” Maitreya said.
“I spent a lot of time outdoors when I was young,” the woman recalled.
“Ah, this is the life,” the diva purred, taking off her beach hat and nestling into her chair.
The young girl observed the image and said, “I think that’s exactly what the doctor ordered.”
“There is a reason why people escape to sunnier climates during the winter months,” El Morya stated. “What people need to remember before then, though, is that underneath all the sand is the heartbeat of the Earth. Beach vacations remind people to reconnect with nature in a setting that cleanses more than just the heart.”
“How do beach vacations cleanse the heart?” the cynic asked, and the woman started reminiscing about the sojourn she took to Tulum, Mexico shortly before her life started to unravel. Everything had changed since then, and she was relieved by the realization that her soul had known a deep transformation was needed and the beach was the most idyllic place to start.
“The soul’s ocean,” the woman said, feeling blissfully calm and peaceful. She then recalled the sea turtle who lumbered toward her on a deserted beach the night before she met someone who changed the entire trajectory of her life.
“And the return to innocence,” added the young girl, prompting the woman to remember the song by Enigma that was played at the resort every evening.
“I’m not escaping this time,” the shadow girl added. “I know the moonlight best. I can navigate darkened terrain.”
“You won’t need to,” said El Morya. “What you need to remember, however, is that the heart must come before the ego’s fear, which is why being honest about your emotions is such an important part of healing.”
The woman nodded her head and promised to honour her emotions, even if it meant feeling a bit uncomfortable.
“As I was saying,” Maitreya commented. “In order to serve your heart’s freedom, don’t be afraid to push your emotional boundaries. Just remember: there’s a difference between making your mark and leaving a scar.”
The young girl smiled as she turned to a blank page in her journal before writing down the words for safekeeping.
